Your contributions at work this summer

MPR/Stage

Thanks to a very significant donation from an anonymous Legacy family, as well as funds raised by PALSS, a major upgrade is underway! Headed by Corky Lee, there is a new professional stage, sound and lighting system being installed in the MPR, which will enhance every performance, production and presentation tremendously.

Legacy Library

Thank you to the Nunez family for their very generous donation to our Library. The money was used to purchase three new computer systems for the Accelerated Reading Program as well as new books, quizzes and incentives for the kids.

Legacy Living Lab

During the summer a new garden are was installed near the chicken coop. This space has aptly been named the "Legacy Living Lab". Your young scientists will now be able to expand their knowledge into the world of composting, germiniation, vegetable growth and so much more!

Christmas in August

On the Monday the teaching staff returned to Legacy to prepare their classrooms for your children, they were surprised to find that Santa had made a visit! PALSS provided each classroom with approximately $250 in resources that will enhance each room and enrichement program. They were also treated to a beautiful breakfast while they searched the piles of gifts for their name.
